All amounts are in Japanese yen and exclude consumption tax. Minimum term is 6 months for the monthly services. Training has no minimum term. We do not discount.
What does each service cost?
One setup fee, then a monthly fee per service. Training is priced per participant.

Terms, discounting, licences and how quotes are produced.
Q. Why do you publish your prices when most agencies in Japan do not?
Because a price that only appears after three meetings is a price that varies by customer. We would rather lose a deal on a published number than win one by being the cheapest in the room. It also removes several weeks from the evaluation, which matters when your head office is deciding whether Japan gets a budget at all.
Q. Do you discount?
No. Publishing a price and then discounting it for whoever negotiates hardest would make the published price meaningless. If the budget does not fit, we adjust the scope rather than the rate — and the delivery shrinks correspondingly. We say that plainly rather than quietly reducing effort.
Q. What is the minimum commitment?
6 months for the monthly services: AEO, CRM operations and AI Staff. Training has no minimum term. After the 6 months the contract renews monthly and you can end it at any renewal. Ending inside the 6 months is negotiable, but the build-phase effort is front-loaded, so completed work is settled at that point.
Q. Are software licences included?
No. HubSpot, Zoho, AI platform and measurement tool licences are contracted in your name and billed at cost with no markup. Company identification database costs are passed through at cost as well. We can manage the accounts and renewals for you.
Q. How do you arrive at a quote for the parts that are not fixed?
We define the boundary of the work, estimate the hours, and price at JPY 20,000 per hour. The boundary is agreed in writing before the number is issued. A quote given before the boundary is defined always drifts, so we do not issue one.
