How far do you take the work?
Two models: we specify and you execute, or we take the execution on.
Advisory (co-pilot)
We design the work and write the instructions; your team executes. Suits companies with capable hands already in Japan, or an existing web partner.
Full support (hands-on)
We take on the execution itself, and transfer the method to your team as we go. Suits a Japan team of one or two people, or an entry with no local staff yet.
The published monthly prices assume the advisory model. Execution outside the standard scope is quoted separately — the pricing page names each item.
FAQFrequently asked questions
Staffing, language and how engagements are run.
Q. Who will actually be working on our account?
The people on this page, plus partners we have worked with for years, assembled according to what the engagement needs. We tell you who is assigned before work starts rather than after. There is no separate delivery team you have not met.
Q. Can we work with your team in English?
Scoping, reporting and escalation are handled in English. The delivery work itself is produced in Japanese by native speakers, because that is what the market reads. In practice you will have an English-speaking point of contact and Japanese-language output.
Q. How large is the team?
Small and deliberately so. We staff engagements with the people listed here plus long-standing partners, rather than by adding headcount to fill a bench. The practical consequence for you is that the person who scoped your work is usually the person doing it.
Q. Do you have people who have worked inside sales and marketing teams, not just consulted to them?
Yes, and it is the main thing we hire for. Members of this team have run inside sales, built SFA and CRM systems for large manufacturers and trading houses, and handled FP&A at a global IT firm. The CRM designs we produce are shaped by having had to use them.
Q. Are the two engagement models priced differently?
The published monthly prices assume the advisory model, where we specify and your side deploys. Taking on execution that falls outside the standard scope — website implementation, article writing, design — is quoted separately. The pricing page lists exactly which items those are.
